SENATE BILL NO. 77 An Act relating to the Alaska Day of                        
Prayer was read the second time.                                               
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 77 was read the third time.                                    
                                                                               
Senators Leman, Phillips, Parnell, Ward, Green, Pearce, Halford,               
Duncan, Sharp, Miller, Kelly, Torgerson, Mackie moved and asked
